According to the latest discussion from the National Weather Service, “widely scattered redevelopment of showers and storms is possible overnight from central to far northeast WI.”
Timing is important to note, as showers are anticipated to depart the region by 2-3 PM, with the chance for isolated storms increasing in the evening. However, confidence in storm development is low due to limited instability.
Wind and Waves on Wednesday
Looking ahead to Wednesday, conditions are set to change significantly. After clearing skies in the morning, expect robust heating, leading to gusty west winds ranging from 25 to 30 mph, with localized gusts potentially reaching up to 35 mph in north-central Wisconsin. Afternoon temperatures will warm into the mid 70s to low 80s.
